Cyclist breaks law and you could face prison if you ran him over.
It is totally his fault, you will need to watch video closely to see why .
He kinda deserves to be run over , he really should abide by British law when cycling on a bike !!
Why do so many cyclists ignore the laws on the land they live in ?
